CONSTRUCTION   Conductor Tinned Copper to ASTM B-33 & Stranded to class B of ASTM B-8 Insulation XLPE to UL13. Pairs Two insulated conductors are uniformly twisted to form a pair with 50~60 mm twist lay. Color Code Black/White, Number printed on white conductor for multipair cables.   Individual Shield Aluminum backed Mylar tape (25µm) is applied over each pair with 100% coverage and an overlap of 25% with metal side out , in contact with a stranded tinned copper drain wire of size one even gauge smaller than  the conductor size.   All pair/triad shields are electrically isolated from each other. Cabling Required numbers of individually shielded pairs are assembled with non-hygroscopic filler if necessary and the assembly is wrapped with a polyester binder tape.   Collective Shield Aluminum backed Mylar tape (25µm)  is applied with 100% coverage and an overlap of 25% with metal side in , in contact with a stranded tinned copper drain wire of size one even gauge smaller than  the conductor size.   Outer Jacket Extruded Orange flame retardant, oil resistant & sun light resistant PVC.
