This product is an instrument for combustible gas monitoring developed mainly for safety protection in the industrial production environment. The instrument can timely and continuously measure and digitally display corresponding gases around. If the concentration of the gas in the environment reaches a certain set value or danger value, the instrument will give out a clear audible and visual alarm signal and output a standard control signal, aiming to remind the user that the concentration of the combustible gas in the environment has exceed the standard, which shall be dealt with timely in order to avoid accidents.
The Detector’s features are mainly as follows:
-Detect various hydrocarbon combustibles (hydrocarbon compounds)
-Adopt highly reliable two-ray-path infrared sensor, which is characterized by long service life, quick response, high precision and small zero drift
-Have lens and cavity heating function, which can meet the normal use in atmospheres with high humidity
-Support detection in atmospheres with oxygen deficiency, no oxygen, or high-concentration combustible gas
-Have LCD HD display and menu in Chinese and English, and support IR remote control
-Provide intelligent self-inspection and support the function of automatic fault alarm
This product is mainly used to continuously detect the concentration of combustible gases in the ambient air. It can be used in conjunction with secondary instrument or industrial control system to detect, alarm and control the gas concentration. Also, it can be widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, gas, pharmaceutical, food industries and other sites with combustible gases. It adopts explosion-proof enclosure and is designed strictly in accordance with the explosion-proof and dustproof standards of Ex d IIC T5 Gb/Ex tD A21 IP67 T95℃. It can be used safely in explosive dangerous areas (hazardous sites in Zone 1 and Zone 2), has been inspected by relevant authorities and has obtained the explosion-proof certificate.
