Registered Product Information

Manufacturer: Honeywell International
Product Name: TWC9000
Product Description: Coriolis Mass Flow Transmitter
Category: Coriolis,Flow
Profile: FOUNDATION Field Device
More Information: The VERSAFLOW CORIOLIS Family of Coriolis mass flowmeters VERSAFLOW CORIOLIS 100 the dual straight tube meter for process control and standard applications. VERSAFLOW CORIOLIS 200 the dual straight tube meter for bulk flow measurements VERSAFLOW CORIOLIS 1000 the single straight tube meter for high end applications No limits with tube materials Titanium, Hastelloy, Stainless Steel or Tantalum allow straight tube metering for almost any process. No limits with flow From 0.3 to 2,300,000 kg/h with a full range of meters for low, normal and bulk flow applications. No limits with measured product High viscosity, particulate matter, inhomogeneous mixtures, normal entrained air, have little effect on the accuracy of the measurement. No limits with installation Support on the process pipe or the meter body, without the need for accurate positioning.  A complete range of process connectors for all existing and future installations is available. No limit with electronics VERSAFLOW CORIOLIS has been designed with all new electronics, which incorporates Front End signal processing that is permanently mounted to the meter.  This provides high speed and low noise measurement, as well as remote connection to the signal converter up to 300 m.  Dual redundancy of configured data, calibration constants etc ease maintenance. No limits with applications Honeywell can provide metering solutions whatever your requirement including: Flow, Density, Concentration and Temperature.   VERSAFLOW CORIOLIS features * Adaptive Sensor Technology * Fully programmable electronics providing a choice of multiple outputs * Modular signal converter for greater flexibility * Large size meters with implemented pressure compensation * Flow handling from 0.3 ... 2,300,000 kg/h (0.66 ... 84,510 Ibs/min) * Smooth transition from tube to process pipe * Hygienic Process Connection System * Compliance with EHEDG, 3A standards and using FDA approved materials * 3 Models with a choice of 4 tube materials * Approved for hazardous area applications to ATEX, FM, CSA and NEPSI. Adaptive Sensor Technology AST Honeywell has re-designed the Coriolis flowmeter from the inside out to produce an instrument that is inherently balanced under all operating conditions.  The result is a meter that can cope with the most demanding process conditions and still deliver accurate and reliable measurement time after time.  The patented AST design is extremely stable and will adaptively tune each meter independent of external forces and fluid density.   Tried and tested technology To ensure the highest standards of quality and accuracy, all meters in the VERSAFLOW CORIOLIS family have been rigorously tested.  Series 100, 200, and 1000 have been comprehensively trialed at major chemical, pharmaceutical and food and beverage sites in Europe to actively measure the mass flow of substances such as margarine, coffee extract or pesticides, oils and acids and are delivering previously unattainable levels of performance.

Device Support File Usage

FieldComm Group (FCG) makes available to its members and to the public certain device driver (DD) files, in various forms, that have passed certain tests conducted by or through FCG. The DD files are, or are created from, submissions to FCG by FCG members and are provided by FCG AS IS. FCG disclaims all liability for the accuracy, suitability or use of the DD files. Each member creating DD files has its own policies regarding supporting use of those files, and may, for instance support use of DD object code files, but not DeviceInfo or other files. While FCG is under no obligation to provide support for use of any DD files, FCG welcomes all inquiries on the subject and will often be able to assist.
